Since 2018 First State K9 has been making American Made "Quality Equipment at an Affordable Price".
Operating as a small family business, we design and make all of our own equipment. Each piece of equipment is individually hand crafted and inspected to provide you with the highest quality you deserve.

David Parker - Owner
David has 23 years of working dog experience. He started his working dog career with a volunteer K9 search and rescue team working a NASAR certified wilderness search dog. A career change led David to become a law enforcement officer where he worked 3 explosive / patrol dogs.
During his time as a law enforcement K9 handler, David has assisted training many K9 teams. His most recent accomplishment was assisting with a DOD research project for K9 scent detection.
David has worked with and received training from:- A.W. "Bill" Castle, III Castle K9- Franco Angelini K9BiteDr- Brian Burdette- Delaware State Police K9 Unit
